Biography


Nancy Bell Greiff, Ph.D.Nancy Bell Greiff, Ph.D., is a noted national speaker. She has worked in the field of management education since 1982. Dr. Greiff's professional experience includes being a professor of organizational behavior at Cornell University's School of Management, teaching at the University of New Mexico, and leading events and training programs for business groups and organizations nationwide.

Participants in Dr. Greiff's programs have come from over 100 of the Fortune 500 companies, as well as from small and mid-sized businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Managers from over 30 different countries have benefited from her negotiation training.

Dr. Greiff regularly teaches classes and customized trainings for students and faculty at the University of New Mexico. She also leads programs for UNM's Division of Continuing Education and for Cornell University's Managerial Skills Program.

Dr. Greiff received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley, her M.B.A. from the University of New Mexico, and her B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She was awarded the prestigious Academy of Management Scholarly Contribution Award for her research on the relationship between personality and job satisfaction.
